Questions and answers
How does the planner pick the best time?
For every hour of the day it checks the local time in each city. Hours that fall within everyone's working hours are marked green; hours that are early morning or evening for someone are yellow; night hours are grey. The green rows are the best candidates.
Is daylight saving time taken into account?
Yes. Times are calculated from the IANA time zone database built into your browser, so DST changes and unusual offsets (like India's UTC+5:30) are handled automatically for the date you choose.
How do I share the plan with colleagues?
Tap an hour and press “Copy link”. The link contains the cities, the date and the chosen time, so anyone who opens it sees exactly the same table. You can also add the meeting to Google Calendar or download an .ics file for Outlook and Apple Calendar.
